No clássico do Allianz Parque havia uma certeza: quem vencesse, praticamente tiraria o rival da briga pelo título brasileiro. Pois o Santos, mesmo desfalcado, conseguiu sua primeira vitória no novo Palestra Itália e, com o 1 a 0 deste sábado, solidificou-se na vice-liderança e praticamente encerrou o sonho do bi no atual campeão.

A chuva acabou sendo um componente importante desse clássico, já que deixou o gramado do Allianz Parque muito empoçado. E tanto palmeirenses quanto santistas forçaram muito o jogo ali no começo.

As chances saíam principalmente em bolas alçadas na área. Mas poucas trouxeram perigo aos goleiros na primeira etapa – Fernando Prass foi aquele que mais trabalhou, realizando uma excelente defesa no último lance antes do intervalo, em chute de Ricardo Oliveira. Pelo lado palmeirense, as triangulações que pareciam promissoras pararam ou na água ou em erros de fato.

Entre as novidades nas duas escalações, Matheus Jesus teve um bom desempenho, enquanto Zé Roberto sofreu na lateral esquerda. O camisa 11 de 43 anos foi até substituído no intervalo, por Thiago Santos – Tchê Tchê passou a jogar na lateral.

A alteração tirou o espaço que Jean Mota teve para jogar no primeiro tempo. O Peixe, com melhores chances na metade inicial, fechou-se na defesa para esperar um contra-ataque. Por pouco, não levou o gol, quando Deyverson e Dudu não conseguiram completar na pequena área. Com a entrada de Guerra, o time de Levir sofria ainda mais.

Mas depois de 30 minutos de espera, saiu o esperado contragolpe alvinegro. E dos pés de seus jogadores mais decisivos, veio o gol: cruzamento de Bruno Henrique, cabeçada de Ricardo Oliveira. Os palmeirenses, já irritados com a atuação do árbitro Marcelo Aparecido Ribeiro de Souza, foram para cima reclamado de uma falta justo em Guerra no início da jogada, mas o juiz nada marcou.

Os últimos 15 minutos foram de ataque, o do Palmeiras, contra defesa, a do Santos. Borja entrou, Dudu teve chances, o colombiano pediu um pênalti, mas nada feito. Depois de seis jogos no Allianz, o Santos, aquele com mais visitas no estádio do Verdão, venceu sua primeira lá.

A sete pontos do Corinthians, que joga hoje, o Santos agora seca o rival, assim como o Palmeiras, mas que a 11 pontos do líder ficou muito distante de brigar pelo título nacional. O maior rival do primeiro colocado é o Peixe.

وأضاف: “عدنا إلى دوري أبطال أوروبا بعد فترة طويلة، نريد تقديم أداء جيد، لن يكون هدفنا الحصول على الثناء والإطراء فقط، عندما تلعب أمام ليفربول يجب أن تكون في مستواك لأنهم يلعبون بأسلوب مختلف”.

وتابع: “ليفربول يلعب بطريقة هجومية ومباشرة، يحاولون دائمًا اللعب على الأطراف وخلق المساحات الواسعة، من خلال لاعبين مثل محمد صلاح ولويس دياز، يحاولون خنقك ولا يسمحون لك بالتنفس”.

وواصل: “يحاولون باستمرار إبقاء رأسك تحت الماء، إذا حاولت الضغط عليهم، لديهم اللاعبين اللازمين لقطع الكرات بسرعة إذا تراجعت في لحظة واحدة، فهم على دراية كاملة بما يجيدونه في الملعب”.

Os meninos do Vasco praticaram uma grande ação na noite da última quinta-feira. Atletas das categorias sub-15, sub-17 e sub-20, residentes daPousada do Almirante Amadeu Pinto da Rocha, foram até aCasa Ronald McDonald conhecer e levar alegria para as crianças que estão em tratamento no local, destinado para portadores de câncer. A iniciativa fez parte do projeto cruz-maltino ‘Colina Cultural’.

Num primeiro momento, as jovens promessas cruzmaltinas conheceram a estrutura e detalhes importantes sobre a história do local. Posteriormente, os vascaínos foram aos quartos e interagiram com algumas crianças.

A diversão foi grande quando os jogadores do Vasco chegaram na área de recreação.O pequeno Natan tratou logo de dizer que era vascaíno e já tinha visitado São Januário. Kauã, outro apaixonado pelo Gigante, matou a curiosidade e passou a saber como é a rotina de um jogador de futebol.A simpática Millene, com seu lindo sorriso, conquistou as promessas vascaínas, tornando-se assim a queridinha de todos eles.

Os jogadores das categorias de base do Vasco brincaram, leram contos infantis, tiraram fotos e deram muitos abraços nas crianças. Uma noite especial e de muita alegria para todos.

Supervisor de projetos da Casa Ronald McDonald, Carlos Neves, elogiou o projeto do Vasco. Segundo ele, todo mundo sai ganhando com essas iniciativas.

Australian vice-captain Michael Clarke will return home from the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa due to a lower back injury. Clarke was ruled out of Australia’s first two games, against West Indies and India, because of the injury he picked up during the latter half of the seven-match ODI series in England.”On arriving in South Africa, the pain has intensified and he has not been able to participate in any of the team’s training sessions,” Cricket Australia physiotherapist Alex Kountouris said. “He has received intensive treatment but it is apparent that he will not be able to take any part in the remainder of this series.”As such Michael will return home to continue his treatment and return to playing as soon as possible.”Australia’s national selectors are expected to name a replacement player shortly, subject to approval by the ICC. والتقى موسيماني بتوخيل في كأس العالم للأندية 2022، حيث حصل الأهلي على المركز الثالث وتوج بالميدالية البرونزية، وتشيلسي توج بطلاً للمسابقة.

Many Wolves fans have been slamming the performance of Rayan Ait-Nouri in their 0-0 draw at home to Burnley in the Premier League on Wednesday night.

The left wing-back was pretty solid defensively, helping his team to keep a clean sheet at Molineux, but a number of supporters grew frustrated with his end product in the attacking third of the pitch.

Ait-Nouri made no key passes or accurate long balls and also misplaced eight of his crosses, as he was guilty of losing possession of the ball on 30 separate occasions on the night, by far the most out of any player on both teams (SofaScore).

Based on those numbers, he will need to improve the attacking side of his game if Bruno Lage’s team are to pose more of a threat going forward.

The Birmingham Mail’s Ashley Preece has revealed the latest on Aston Villa starlet Indiana Vassilev.

What’s the story?

The 20-year-old had spent the previous few months on loan in the MLS with Inter Miami, playing 21 times for them and scoring three goals.

Now, during a Q&A for The Birmingham Mail, Preece has admitted that Vassilev’s current situation at Villa Park is a “strange” one.

He said: “Yes, I’ll ask Gerrard about Indy. It’s an odd one and it looks like he’ll have to make do with just training until that December 31 deal officially expires. Not been involved with under-23s which is again strange.”

Villa fans might be worried

Previously on FFC, we’ve earmarked Vassilev to play a big role for Villa in the coming years, and it’s no surprise given the kind of rave reviews he has earned.

Rusty Scarborough who headed up the IMG academy during the 20-year-old’s spell there, said: “On the field, you know he’s out there, he’s a leader, people follow him. The technical aspect he’s developed at a young age so now he’s phenomenal on the ball, passing, dribbling, shooting, heading, receiving.”

And, another coach from IMG, Kevin Hartman, hailed: “He’s got great leadership qualities and he’s got an undying desire to win every time he plays. That competitiveness is an attribute that I think every coach is going to be looking for and it really drives development.

“His future is boundless. He has all the physical capabilities of a top level player. The attributes and the characteristics that he has within are the ones that will drive his development. I don’t see a limit to what he can achieve.”Villa’s first-team squad is brimming with bright academy prospects coming through, including the likes of Jacob Ramsey and Carney Chukwuemeka among others.Vassilev of course has got the first-team edge on some of his fellow academy starlets given he has played senior football with the likes of Inter Miami and also Burton Albion last season.Losing him without even seeing him make his first-team debut for the club would surely have Villa fans worried about the rest of their promising young stars and the direction the academy is heading in.

وواصل: لقد تحدث مع فاتي مؤخرًا كما أفعل مع جميع اللاعبين، لكن معه أكثر لأنه حالة خاصة، لديه إصابة سيئة”.

وردًا على “هل تحدثت مع لويس إنريكي؟”، أجاب: “أولئك الذين يذهبون إلى المنتخب الوطني هم من مسؤولية إنريكي، ليس لدي ما أقوله”.

وعن فترة التوقف الدولي قال: “هذا التوقف جيد بالنسبة لنا، إنه إيجابي، لم نتوقف مُنذ الموسم التحضيري تقريبًا، وقمنا بالعديد من الرحلات، بالفعل سيغادر 90% من اللاعبين، وسيتواجد 5 لاعبين ونحن بحاجة إلى أنّ يكون الجميع جاهزًا على أكمل وجه”.

واختتم تصريحاته بالحديث عن تجديد عقد جافي قائلًا: “أنا سعيد جدًا، إنه أهم نبأ هذا الأسبوع، جافي يعمل من أجل كل شيء، يدافع ويساند في الهجوم وتحسّن كثيرًا وأصبح أكثر مرونة، لقد نضج كثيرًا”.
